The new Ansonia Senior Center officially OPEN FOR BUSINESS! Mayor David S. Cassetti, Senior Director Christine Greene Sonsini Assistant Director Jeff Coppola and thank everyone who made today’s grand opening event possible for our senior community. 
Special appreciation Diane Stroman and the Elderly Commission, the Ansonia Board of Aldermen, Sheila O’Malley, John Marini, Tenner Construction, architect Mike Marsnic, Jared Heon, Diversity Construction and Ansonia Public Works, all helped get this project approved + accomplished!
Thanks also to those that joined us for an amazing ribbon cutting celebration, including State Senator Jorge Cabrera, Derby Mayor Dziekan, BOE Superintendent Joe DiBacco and his team, Bill Purcell and the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce, vendors from TEAM, Inc., Griffin Hospital, Better Life Homecare, Best Care at Home Services, LLC, Naugatuck Valley Health District, our student meal servers from Assumption School, Ansonia CT, and of course the amazing DJ services of Charles Rosenay + his doo wop dancers.
